Notes
- 5% increase at 1 July each year built into all contracts renewable after 1 January 2025.
- Loyalty discount is available after 3 years of continued service
- Exclusive areas have a minimum charge based on 10 people, even if fewer individuals are using the space.
- All figures are exclusive of GST.
- Dedicated and flexi desks are assigned to the organisation, rather than the individual. If your organisation has a designated desk, multiple people can use it as long as they are not in on the same day.
- Amounts do not include building access cards (currently $40 each).
