Our rooms and spaces feature the latest AV technology designed to facilitate hybrid meetings and in-person presentations.
All built-in AV and Wi-Fi is included in your room hire.
Technology we provide
All of our rooms feature extra-large displays with built-in cameras, microphones and speakers.
In all of our rooms (except our Small Meeting Rooms), the technology connects via the Microsoft Teams platform. To connect wirelessly, you'll need your MS Teams Meeting ID and password to enter into the tablet in the room. The room will then join your meeting as a participant and content can be shared to the screen.
Please note, you will still need your lead computer in the room to admit attendees and the room to your meeting. For presenting only, you can connect to our system via HDMI cable without requiring MS Teams.
In our Small Meeting Rooms, simply plug-and-play to use the built-in screen, camera and microphone directly from your computer. You'll need HDMI inputs for all wired connection. Please bring an adaptor if you do not have HDMI.
Mac Users
Connectivity to our PC-based system can be unpredictable due to Apple's frequent security updates. We recommend Mac users connect to our screens wirelessly via Microsoft Teams. To do so, please download the MS Teams app on your device prior to arriving for your event. Please note we do NOT have the capacity to run Zoom meetings on Mac computers.
