SV’s role

Sustainable Space Hire allows us to share our space, our resources, and our facilities with the government and business community. This is a flexible and affordable option for meeting room and coworking space hire at the heart of the CBD.

How it works

Organisations can hire meeting rooms, workshop space or coworking desks at Level 12 of our corporate head office in Melbourne. These services are offered through a simple booking platform.

The space hire service offers city views and abundant natural light, the latest AV and Wi-Fi connectivity, flexible rooms and furniture, and dedicated customer support for all bookings, arrivals and events.

Our largest workshop space can cater for a theatre for an audience of up to 80 people with AV facilities that work perfectly for hybrid and in person events. There are additional workshop spaces or meetings rooms for 5 people to 25 people, and a large boardroom that accommodates up to 22 people. Our SV Hub co-working service offers individual drop in desk bookings from casual day use to a monthly subscription.

There are competitive rates for using the Space hire facilities, which cover the costs of service delivery, but Space Hire does not require a membership fee or involve an ongoing contract.
