COVID19 Community Ecological Resilience and Meal Drop Program

During the COVID-19 crisis, the Jesuit Social Services Ecological Justice Hub recognised the potential of its existing assets and programs by quickly scaling up its meal drop program to meet the greater community need.

Through the COVID-19 meal drop program, the Hub provided cooked garden to plate meals, fresh produce packages and essential grocery items to those in need. This initiative was designed to address issues of isolation and create new opportunities for communication and collaboration.
