SV is committed to providing a diverse and inclusive environment, enabling everyone to contribute and thrive which means recognising, understanding and celebrating that every individual is unique.

As a diverse and inclusive workplace SV aspires to:

  • Advocate for each other
  • Ensure everyone has a voice, respecting and celebrating freedom of thought.

The 2023 Diversity and Inclusion Plan lifted SV's understanding of diversity and inclusion. The new 2026 Diversity and Inclusion Plan will embed these learnings and introduce an intersectional lens to D&I at SV to further strengthen our culture and impact.

The 2026 D&I Plan sets the direction and the D&I network provides support to implement the activities in the plan that will help achieve SV's strategic outcomes over the next few years.
